This is the greatest animation of all time, look at the 2 fps fire! Incredible!

Being a jackass aside, this isn't what I'd personally call content. Doing a little animation thing for music is fine, but if it's in the style of being a stagnant camera watching a backdrop, you have to remember you still need something to look at. Two frames of animation looped for three minutes isn't engaging. Like, have the fire actually dance, have the man sitting on the steps move, have the draped flags move slightly with the air in the room, make the coals flicker and glimmer a little bit. It's a movie, give us something to look at! This may as well be not moving at all, it's less insulting that way.

The ass-quality DBZ theme song is the icing on the shit cake.
It wasn't the worst thing, and has more animation than a lot of animations on here, but it's still not really that good.
